LIABILITIES AND SECURITY

  1. T2S is not liable for hidden damages to the paint, wood, plastic, glass, rubber, metal or any other material and the results of our best trials to restore the out-of-factory look of a car, a yacht or an airplane. 

  2. The customer is expected to give us his is best knowledge about history of repainting and any paint jobs done. Otherwise we neglect any responsibility for quality and result of our job.The Customer is expected to give us h

  3. Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.

  4. T2S will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. 

  5. T2S assures that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with the technician.

  6. All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.

SERVICES AND BOOKING

  1. Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfil the detailing type.

  2. To ensure the highest possible quality of our services T2S may refuse to execute the entire order or some of the services based on actual  condition of the restoration object.

  3. We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.

  4. When asked, T2S will pick up and deliver the car from any place pointed by the Customer. However transit T2s shall not be liable for any damage if caused due to accident if any which occurs  during the transit.  This is free-of-charge service within city limits of Mumbai, MH.

  5. In case of car pick up and/or delivery we kindly ask to supply us with any documents required by law to accompany the car during authority check apart from driving licence of our professional car driver.

  6. The declared worktime is approximation based on what we could find out about the state of restoration object. During the service we can declare precise time, but only 

  7. When any paint polishing job has started. The mission of T2S is to supply you with best results and the quality of our job sets the timing of it. We reserve the right to use any one of our experienced staff to undertake your vehicle detailing and may need to change the detailer at short notice without penalty.

  8. Whilst every effort will be made to keep regular bookings to the same day and time each week, sometimes it may be necessary to make changes but we will endeavour to communicate the changes prior to arrival.

PRICING

  1. All T2S prices consist of all applicable taxes.

  2. The declared price is the final price, T2S may not change it without the consent of the Customer.

  3. Services of T2S are offered as a process of restoration technologies. Any interruption to such chain of procedures by asking to return the car earlier may not be understood as base for any quality complaint against T2S.

  4. We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card details to secure the booking.

ALTERATION AND CANCELLATION

  1. We require 24h notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.

  2. Failure to provide 24h advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the service cost.

  3. Same day appointments that are cancelled will incur a charge of 65% of the service cost.

  4. T2S reserves the right to take full payment if a booking is cancelled on the day without prior agreement.

  5. T2S reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know.

  6. T2S reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.

  7. Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.
